In the quiet classrooms of a 10th-grade school in Sarjapur, Bengaluru, a group of friends made a pact. They promised to stay together, not just for themselves, but for a purpose larger than their individual dreams.
Years later, that reunion sparked the birth of Sneha Sammilana which literally translates to ‘The Gathering of Friendship’. Today, those former classmates lead a foundation that bridges the gap between privilege and need.
“Our strength lies in the depth of our history. We don’t just work together; we trust each other with the future of those we serve.” Albus Camus

Our Roots
Every initiative we lead is built on the same trust we shared in school.
“During the Covid pandemic, the trust provided food and essentials for our orphanage. Their kindness lifted us when we needed it most. I will always be grateful.”

Compassion through community service
A tight-knit group of friends at government high schools in rural Bangalore bond over shared dreams and a common background.
Sneha Sammilana Foundation is officially registered. The friends reunite, pooling resources to start the community helping hands.
Life took us on separate paths across continents and through diverse careers but the bond of Sneha (Friendship) never frayed. In 2015, during a chance reunion in their hometown, they realised the promise they made at fifteen was still waiting to be kept. Sneha Sammilana was born that evening not from a business plan, but from a heartfelt conversation, honoring the legacy of our mentors and the needs of our community.
